This tour would usually begin in Kingstown with a drive through the capital pointing out buildings of historical or cultural significance. We would then head inland, through the Mespotamia Valley and then west along the picturesque Atlantic Coast; passing through various small towns and villages, and look-out points, including the historic Black Point tunnel. As we pass through Georgetown and what used to be the Grand Sable Estate we will have views looking inland up to the La Soufriere volcano and see the natural phenomena that is the Rabacca Dry River. As we approach Owia we will have spectacular views of the Salt Pond, which is a natural volcanic rock pool formed along the sea shore, and our final destination for a relaxing sea bath. This tour takes us along the entire East coast of the island. If you choose the Falls of Balaine option we would embark on a 15 minute ride by boat further along the coast to the Northern tip of the island, to Balaine Bay. A short 5 minute walk leads us to the biggest and most beautiful waterfall on the island: The Falls of Balaine.
